If you have a Track & Trace code and it shows “delivered”, please contact us the next day. We cannot contact PostNL or DPD on the same day. In most cases the parcel was scanned too early and will still be delivered later.

If your order was shipped without tracking, you can see the expected delivery date on the order status page.

Damaged: please add a photo of the damage.

Incomplete: clearly state what is missing.

Wrong item: add a photo of the received (wrong) item.
