Automatic discount for regular customers
Do you regularly order labels, tapes or consumables? Then you automatically receive a discount on your personal product prices. From €100 order value per year, you receive a 2% discount. The discount can increase up to a maximum of 10%. No discount code is required.
Order with your account
Your orders are linked to your customer account. This allows the system to automatically determine which discount applies to you.
Your cart counts too
The current cart value counts towards your discount. This means you can reach a higher discount during the same order.
The discount is applied immediately
When you are logged in, you see the lower prices directly in the webshop. No discount code is required.
How does the discount work?
The discount is calculated over a period of 365 days. The system looks at orders linked to your customer account. The value of your current cart also counts towards your discount.
Once your order value in this period exceeds the first threshold, the discount becomes active automatically. The higher your qualifying order value, the higher your discount.

Do I need to enter a discount code?
No. The discount is applied automatically when you are logged in and your account qualifies for a discount.

Yes. The contents of your current cart count towards your discount. This means a larger order can immediately result in a higher discount.
Where can I see my personal discount?
After logging in, you can see your current discount at the top of the webshop, on product pages, in the cart and on the page with your personal discount.
Can the discount be applied afterwards if I was not logged in?
No. The discount cannot be applied afterwards if you were not logged in during checkout. Orders can only count towards your regular customer discount if they are linked to your customer account.
Can I combine this discount with a discount code?
Usually not. If a discount code is active, the regular customer discount may be temporarily disabled.
