Zebra removable compatible labels, 102 x 76mm, plastic, 750 labels
Description
Zebra compatible labels – 102 x 76 mm – removable – 25 mm core – 750 labels
These direct thermal labels measuring 102 x 76 mm feature a special removable adhesive. This label is made of polypropylene (PP), a tear- and moisture-resistant plastic that outlasts paper in demanding environments. This makes them suitable for applications where the label needs to be removed after use, such as coding glass, plastic crates or warehouse shelving. The label peels off cleanly without leaving any adhesive residue on the surface.
The labels are printed using direct thermal technology. Your printer applies text and barcodes using heat, so you do not need to purchase ink ribbons or toners. The 102 x 76 mm format provides ample space for barcodes, shipping details and product information. Each roll contains exactly 750 labels, making stock planning straightforward.
With a 25 mm core, these rolls fit compact desktop label printers. The rolls are compatible with, among others, the Zebra GK420d, ZD220, ZD420 and ZD421. A full list can be found at the bottom of the page. The precise dimensions ensure smooth feeding and consistent print quality throughout the process.

Frequently asked questions
Are removable labels always removable without leaving adhesive residue?
Removable labels use a special adhesive that bonds less strongly than permanent adhesive. This means they can usually be removed easily without leaving adhesive residue. However, this cannot be guaranteed under all circumstances. The surface, temperature, duration of use and storage conditions can all affect how removable the labels are.
Can removable labels stay in place for a longer period?
Yes, but removability can change over time. Factors such as prolonged exposure to heat, sunlight and fluctuating temperatures can affect the properties of the adhesive. With long-term use it may therefore become harder to remove the labels without leaving adhesive residue. Test in advance whether the labels are suitable for the intended period of use.
