How are my exact shipping method and shipping costs determined?
For parcel shops, PostNL, DHL, DPD, letterbox shipments and countries outside the shipping tiers shown above, the exact rate is automatically displayed during checkout. This rate may depend on destination country, parcel weight, order amount and the contents of your order. Orders above approximately 120 kilograms are usually shipped on a pallet and often have a longer delivery time.
What happens around public holidays?
Around official public holidays, processing and delivery may differ. View current exceptions.
Can I still change my address?
As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can usually change the address free of charge. If the parcel is already on its way, additional shipping costs may apply.
Can I collect my order or have it delivered to a parcel shop?
During checkout, if available, you can choose between collection from our warehouse in Egmond aan Zee or delivery to a parcel shop of your choice from PostNL, DHL or DPD.
What happens if I am not at home?
The carrier may deliver the parcel to neighbours or take it to a parcel shop. The exact handling depends on the carrier and the selected shipping method.
Can I request a special delivery?
If you have a specific request, such as a different carrier or a different delivery time, please contact us. In many cases a custom solution is possible.
