Right of withdrawal

This right of withdrawal applies only to consumer purchases (private customers).

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your place of residence to our return address are at your expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all included accessories and – as far as reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact our customer service. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after the registration of your return, provided that the product has been received in good condition. We recommend carefully opening the packaging to inspect the product. You may handle it as you would in a physical store. Please make sure not to soil or damage the item; this saves time and effort for both parties in the event of a complaint.

Business orders

Important: the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.

Business orders cannot be returned.
Returns are only possible in exceptional cases and only after our prior written approval.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and/or sent back to the sender.
If a return is accepted as a courtesy, administrative and handling fees may apply.
Customized, special-order or large-volume items (e.g. boxes or pallets) are non-returnable under all circumstances.
