Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your place of residence to our return address are at your expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all the accessories that came with it and - as far as reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact our customer service. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good condition. We recommend that you carefully remove the packaging to test the product. You can view the product as in the store. Be careful not to soil or damage the item. This saves you and us time and effort in the event of a complaint.
