This Brother label printer can be connected directly to your PC or Mac via the USB connection. The built-in P-touch Editor Lite software is very user-friendly. You do not need to install any software, just click on the icon on your desktop to start the program with which you can design and print labels.

The printer works with all labels from the DK series up to a width of 62 mm, except DK-22251. You can also print custom labels up to 1 meter long in the desired format. The QL-800 is the perfect choice for office workers looking for a reliable and fast label printer for printing address labels and other labels.

The P-touch Editor add-on for Microsoft Office (Windows only) allows you to link and print data from Word, Excel and Outlook with one click. It is also possible to import data from an Excel or .csv file into P-touch Editor. Format and position each field correctly to print multiple labels with the same format and design. Ideal for printing address, product and price labels. A wide range of label rolls are available, both standard pre-punched labels or continuous label rolls that can be cut to size up to 1 metre in length.
